BIG News!
So everybody's been settling into their habitats now again that schools started and people are home from trips. Where to start... Hmmm, the newlyweds are doing awesome and just spilled the news that there's going to be a baby in our household in about 5-6 months!!!! Honeymoon baby #2 in the Family! Daniel has been doing great in the mission field and will hear about the big news as soon as the internet is fully up to write him. Tasha who just got back from her trip is settling in and getting back to work and to her Drama class in Salt Lake which is now on Wednesday's instead of Monday's. Shannon is slowly making her way through the first semester of College and gets the "lovely" expirence of working on cadavers this Friday. She's got an interview finally after all these months of looking for a job tomorrow morning so cross your fingers! Jake is learning that high school is a bit more difficult and different then Jr. High but loves it all the same taking Tech and Auto! Lyric is enjoying her classes in the 7th grade and is starting to realize that her teachers aren't so bad once she gets to know them. Eric... Oh boy where to begin with him... He's still the crazy boy we all know and love. He's having a great time with his friends in school and is learning something new everday. We're all managing just fine and learning to tolerate everybodies quirks as they come in our conjoined family. We love you all and miss you! Til next time. -Hoffman/O'Dell's

Our August
It's been a few months since our last entry. Things have been R
EALLY hectic around here. Where to start... Mitch and Dawn are doing well managing a household of teenagers and activities of their own. Daniel is on his mission and seems to be doing great. He just recently got a new companion a
nd hopefully this one will be more focused on the actual mission instead of the possessions he could get from being in the area. Natasha is currently enjoying her road trip from Washington to Oregon with her childhood friend Maggie. They call about every other day and seems like their having a great time. Shannon is getting ready to take some 
classes at the University of Utah starting this Wednesday and is totally psyched to be moving into her friends house during the we
ek days since it's closer to the school. Jake has just started high school at Mountain View and is excited for his Auto Shop class along with Tech Crew and Stage Crew. He's also having a birthday that will be coming up in the next few months and he'll be 16!!! Old enough to date! Scary. Lyric just started a new school of her own going into Jr. High at Orem Jr. She's really excited for her choir classes to start and to be able to see all of her old friends from the summer. Mr. Oddball Eric is excited for school himself it's hard to make it so he doesn't go to school a whole hour early to 
see all of his friends. Last but not least the Cat is doing fine as well he's decided that it's a lot more cool to stay inside during the day and to go out at night so he's got his new schedule down as well. Presenting Our Family
Well considering a lot of our family members had a blog we decided to make one ourselves for our wacky family. Now we have a ton to cover from the last few weeks. As a lot of you know Dad and Dawn got married on the 30th of May! Mitchel, Rachel and Serenity came from St. George for the wedding which was exciting because not only were they here for the wedding but we got to see Little Serenity also. It's been crazy moving things around trying to make everyone fit in the house squeezing people in. The Newlyweds are still adjusting to the new life of being married and dealing with a household of kids and teenagers. Natasha who just graduated from Mountain View and just turned 18 2 months ago on the 23rd of April, is getting ready to start College in the fall at Snow and majoring in the Arts program they have there. Shannon who also recently turned 18 on the 3rd of May, just moved in from Cedar Hills and is trying to find a good full time job in the economy today. Jake is currently at Mount Pleasant with Mackenzie for a scout campout for the week and as soon as he gets home he'll go back to work at the camp Jeremiah Johnson where this year he's is promoted to one of the head staff and attracting girls like crazy at the age of 15! Lyric, age 12 is getting ready to head off to her first year at Girl's Camp tomorrow and is pretty excited because since she didn't get to go last year sadly considering she missed the age requirement by a week they are letting her go as a second year with all of her friends anyways. Eric rolling in on his 11th birthday coming up on July 16th is well just Eric there is nothing this child won't do. He's been hangin' out with his friend Sam which by the way is the next door neighbor and younger brother of Lyric's friend Ashley. Other then the crazy schedule we've been trying to get down and adapt to the Hoffman/O'Dell residence is doing just dandy. We will be trying to update our blog as a family weekly and see how that goes. :) Til then.
